This stuff is stupid
Data Mining
Tour/Gig information was arranged from FZ Shows 7.1 & Giglist, set list information from FZ Shows. Venues were extracted, duplicate venues eliminated, venue pictures downloaded & thumbnails generated, crew information gathered from IINK, links to Zappateers threads extracted semi-automatic. In addition: designing & programming a Google Maps interface.
More stupid things can be done
Hunt & fix bugs, check & improve information quality, integrate a song list, collect ideas for further improvements.
Thank you, thank you and thank you!
FZShow 7.1, Gig List (2009 08 16), IINK and many venue picture collectors for doing an overwhelming job in gathering so much information and to Unicrayon and TheEvilPrince for being patient and helpful!
Hope you enjoy!
